The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the waters of the Upper Mississippi River from mile marker 497.6 to 497.2. The safety zone is needed to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment from potential hazards created by the Great River Tug Fest and Firework display.
