Under the Class II provisions of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) received a petition for reinstatement of oil and gas lease TXNM 107314 from the lessee, Southern Bay Energy LLC, for lands in Washington County, Texas.
