Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, notice is given that the General Services Administration (GSA) is providing an update to the system of records entitled Contracted Travel Services Program, GSA/GOVT-4, a system designed to provide efficient and secure travel management services for government agencies, including the General Services Administration (GSA), by integrating advanced technology with high-quality customer service.

Information Collection; System for Award Management Quarterly Certification of Compliance With Executive Order 14400, Urgent National Action To Save College Sports

Regulatory Agenda

This agenda provides summary descriptions of regulations being developed by the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council in compliance with Executive Order 12866 "Regulatory Planning and Review, as reaffirmed and amended in Executive Order 13563, "Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review." This agenda is being published to allow interested people an opportunity to participate in the rulemaking process. Additionally, members of the public can track the progress of any open and pending Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) rule via the "Open FAR Cases" report, which is publicly available at https://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/ dars/far_case_status.html. Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Modernization and Expansion of the Nogales DeConcini Land Port of Entry in Nogales, Arizona

Pursuant to the requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and the GSA Public Buildings Service NEPA Desk Guide, GSA is issuing this notice to advise the public that an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) will be prepared to evaluate potential environmental impacts from the modernization and expansion of the Nogales DeConcini Land Port of Entry (LPOE) in Nogales, Arizona to address concerns related to the outdated and inefficient current LPOE layout and inadequate space and separation from the U.S.-Mexico border. This NOI also announces the public scoping process for the EIS.

Federal Acquisition Regulation: Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul Parts 1, 2, 4, 33, 39, 40, and 53

OFPP, DoD, GSA, and NASA (collectively referred to as the Federal Acquisition Regulatory Council or FAR Council) are proposing to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement Executive Order (E.O.) 14275, Restoring Common Sense to Federal Procurement. The E.O. directs the elimination of excessive acquisition regulations to stop the inefficient use of American taxpayer dollars. The FAR Council is issuing twelve proposed rules that collectively will streamline the FAR in its entirety. This rule proposes revisions to FAR parts 1, 2, 4, 33, 39, 40, 52, and 53.
