Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior (DOI) is issuing public notice of its intent to amend the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Range Management System--Interior, LLM-2 notice. The amendment includes changes to "System location," "Disclosures outside the Department of the Interior," "Storage," "Retrievability," "Safeguards," "Retention and Disposal," "System Manager(s) and Address," "Notification Procedures," "Record Access Procedures," and "Contesting Record Procedures."
