The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is considering issuance of an amendment to Renewed Facility Operating License No. DPR- 59, issued to Exelon Generation Company, LLC, for operation of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (FitzPatrick). The amendment would adopt Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler TSTF- 568, "Revise Applicability of BWR [Boiling Water Reactor]/4 TS [Technical Specification] 3.6.2.5 and TS 3.6.3.2."
