The application seeks NRC approval of the indirect transfer of material licenses SNM-1107; SNM-33; and several export licenses for the Westinghouse Electric Company, LLC from Toshiba Corporation, the current parent company of the license holder, to Brookfield WEC Holdings Inc., which is ultimately owned and controlled by Brookfield Asset Management Inc.
