NMFS has issued, in response to a request from Neptune LNG LLC (Neptune), an authorization to take marine mammals, by harassment, incidental to maintenance, repair, and decommissioning activities at a liquefied natural gas (LNG) deepwater port (Port) off the coast of Massachusetts.
