HEARTH Act Approval of Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria Leasing Regulations

On February 1, 2013, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) approved the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria leasing regulations under the HEARTH Act. With this approval, the Tribe is authorized to enter into the following type of leases without BIA approval: Business leases.
