Certain Frozen Warmwater Shrimp From the Socialist Republic of Vietnam: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, 2011-2012

On March 12, 2013, the Department of Commerce ("Department") published in the Federal Register the Preliminary Results of the seventh administrative review of the antidumping duty Order \1\ on certain warmwater shrimp from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam ("Vietnam").\2\ Based upon our analysis of the comments and information received, we have determined that Minh Phu Group,\3\ and Nha Trang Seafoods,\4\ the two mandatory respondents, and Quoc Viet,\5\ the voluntary respondent, have not sold subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review ("POR"), February 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012. Additionally, the Department has determined not to revoke the Order in part, with respect to Minh Phu Group and Nha Trang Seafoods. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
