In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, this notice advises interested persons that the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) Independent Panel Reviewing the Impact of Hurricane Katrina on Communications Networks ("Independent Panel" or "Panel") will hold its next meeting on May 12, 2006 at 10 a.m. at the Commission Meeting Room of the FCC, 445 12th Street, SW., Room TW-C305, Washington, DC 20554.
