(CSXT) and Norfolk Southern Railway Company (NSR) filed with the Surface Transportation Board (Board) a petition (the Joint Petition) for a supplemental order authorizing the modification of one aspect of a series of transactions that the Board's predecessor, the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC), approved in 1993.
