Notice is hereby given of an intent to grant to Harbison- Walker Refractories Co. at Moon Township, Pennsylvania, an exclusive or partially exclusive license to practice the invention described in the U.S. patent number 6,815,386 titled, "Use of Phosphates to Reduce Slag Penetration in Cr 2 O 3 -Based Refractories." The invention is owned by the United States of America, as represented by the Department of Energy (DOE). The proposed license will be exclusive or partially exclusive, subject to a license and other rights retained by the U.S. Government, and other terms and conditions to be negotiated.
