EPA is taking direct final action to approve revisions to the Pennsylvania State Implementation Plan (SIP). The revisions pertain to new requirements to control volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions from portable fuel containers. EPA is approving these revisions in accordance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act (CAA).
