Suspension of Antidumping Duty Investigation of Certain Cold- Rolled Carbon Steel Flat Products From the Russian Federation

The Department of Commerce ("the Department") has suspended the antidumping duty investigation involving certain cold-rolled carbon steel flat products ("cold-rolled steel") from the Russian Federation ("Russia"). The basis for this action is an agreement between the Department and the Russian cold-rolled steel producers accounting for substantially all imports of cold-rolled steel from Russia, wherein each signatory producer/exporter individually agrees to make any necessary price revisions to eliminate completely any amount by which the normal value (NV) of this merchandise exceeds the U.S. price of its merchandise subject to the Agreement.
