The U.S. Marine Corps proposes to alter a system of records notice in its inventory of record systems subject to the Privacy Act of 1974 (5 U.S.C. 552a), as amended. The alteration adds a routine use to permit disclosure of information to the National Academy of Sciences, for the purposes of conducting personnel and/or health-related research.
