EPA renewed the Charter for the PPDC in November 1999 for a two-year term. EPA intends to seek renewal of the PPDC Charter for another two-year term in November 2001 in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C., App.2 section 9(c).
