The Railroad Retirement Board (Board) proposes to amend its regulations to incorporate amendments made to the Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act, which shortened the waiting period for receipt of benefits under the RUIA, changed the method of computing the daily benefit rate, and eliminated certain extended benefits.
