الملخص

As part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and the burden placed on survey recipients, the Department of Labor conducts a preclearance consultation program to provide the general public and Federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA 95) [44 U.S.C. 3505(c)(2)(A)]. The program helps to ensure that the data requested can be provided in the desired format, that the reporting burden (in terms of time and financial resources) is minimized, that collection instruments are clearly understood, and that the impact of the proposed collection on respondents can be properly assessed. Currently, the Employment Standards Administration is soliciting comment concerning a one-time survey of physicians, pulmonary clinics and facilities.
