In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (44 U.S.C., chapter 35), this notice announces Federal Crop Insurance Corporation's (FCIC) intent to request a revision to a currently approved information collection for its Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions and the Extra Long Staple (ELS) Cotton Crop Insurance Provisions for the 1999 and succeeding crop years.
