The following public lands in Maricopa County, Arizona have been examined and found suitable for classification for conveyance to Arizona Game and Fish Department under the provision of the Recreation and Public Purposes Act, as amended (43 U.S.C. 869 et seq.). The lands are not needed for Federal purposes. Conveyance is consistent with current BLM land use planning and would be in the public interest. (1) AZA-1232. The Arizona Game and Fish Department is currently leasing the following described lands for an archery range associated with the Ben Avery Shooting Range.
