The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is proposing to establish a new Privacy Act System of Records, NRC-41, ``Tort Claims and Personal Property Claims,'' to maintain records needed to evaluate, settle, refer, pay, and/or adjudicate claims filed by individuals against the NRC.
