Pesticides; Exemption From Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act Requirements for Natural Cedar Pesticides

This rule establishes an exemption from regulation under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), for natural cedar pesticides labelled, or for which claims are made, only to repel arthropods other than ticks, or to retard mildew growth.
