New Animal Drugs for Use in Animal Feeds; Bambermycins

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is amending the animal drug regulations to reflect approval of a new animal drug application (NADA) filed by Hoechst-Roussel Agri-Vet Co. The NADA provides for expanding the use of currently approved bambermycins-containing Type A medicated articles to make Type C medicated feeds for increased rate of weight gain in pasture cattle.
