Notice of Intent To Make a Noncompetitive Financial Assistance Award to the San Ildefonso Pueblo

The Albuquerque Operations Office (ALO) of the Department of Energy (DOE), pursuant to the DOE Financial Assistance Rules, 10 CFR 600.7, is announcing its intention to enter into a noncompetitive financial assistance cooperative agreement with the San Ildefonso Pueblo. Assistance of $131,039 will support the study of pollution sources for the purpose of risk assessment. The proposed award will provide the recipient with technical and administrative resources necessary to the evaluation of environmental and cultural impacts of identified pollution sources.
