The Office of Fossil Energy of the Department of Energy gives notice that it has issued an order granting Greenfield Fuel Oil Co., Inc., blanket authorization to import up to 146 Bcf of natural gas from Canada, and to export up to 146 Bcf of natural gas to Canada. In addition, the company is authorized to import up to 146 Bcf of natural gas from Mexico, and to export up to 146 Bcf of natural gas to Mexico. This authorization to import and export natural gas from and to Canada and Mexico is for a period of two years beginning on the date of the initial import or export delivery, whichever occurs first. This order is available for inspection and copying in the Office of Fuels Programs Docket Room, 3F-056, Forrestal Building, 1000 Independence Avenue SW., Washington, D.C. 20585, (202) 586-9478. The docket room is open between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
