Consumer Leasing

On November 19, 1993, the Board requested comment on an advance notice of proposed rulemaking concerning Regulation M (Consumer Leasing) which, among other things, solicited comment on possible amendments to the Regulation (58 FR 61035). The Secretary of the Board, acting pursuant to delegated authority, has extended the comment period for 30 days to give the public additional time to provide comments.
