Medicare Program; FY 2025 Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities Prospective Payment System-Rate Update

Medicare programı within FY 2025 Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities Prospective Payment System-Rate Geliştirme proposal to update prospective payment rates, outlier threshold, and wage index for Medicare inpatient hospital services provided by Inpatient Psychiatric Facilities (IPF), which include psychiatric hospitals and excluded psychiatric units of an acute care hospital or critical access hospital. Proposed changes will be effective for IPF discharge dates between October 1, 2024 ve September 30, 2025 (FY 2025). Proposed rule also adopts new quality measure ve modifies reporting requirements under IPF Quality Reporting Program beginning with FY 2027 payment determination.
