Halkın eleştirisine başvurulan konular: proposed collection of information whether necessary for proper performance of agency functions, including whether information shall have practical utility; agency's estimate of proposed information collection burden accuracy; information collection quality, utility, and clarity enhancement; and information collection burden minimization on respondents, including automated collection techniques or other information technology.
