ABD İthalat Komisyonu'nun (USITC) final determinasyonu, ABD Federal Yargı Mahkemesi (US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit) tarafından patentin sona ermesi nedeniyle feshedilmiştir ve bu nedenle incelenme moot hale gelmiştir.
