Purchase, Sale, and Pledge of Eligible Obligations

The NCUA Board (Board) solicits public comment on a proposal to streamline its regulations governing the purchase, sale, and pledge of eligible obligations. Preemption-Federal Credit Union Non-Interest Charges and Fees
