NMFS는 알래스카의 gulf of alaska의 central regulatory area에서 50 feet 이상의 catcher vessel에서 hook-and-line gear를 사용하여 pacific cod를 어획하는 것을 금지합니다. 이 조치는 2025년 pacific cod의 total allowable catch (TAC)에서 catcher vessel 50 feet 이상의 HAL gear를 사용하여 central regulatory area에서 어획한 경우의 A season의 할당량을 초과하지 않도록 하기 위해 필요합니다.
