NMFS는 Amendment 122에 대한 Groundfish of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area 어장 관리 계획(FMP) 최종 규칙에 의해 구현된 프로그램에 대한 비용 회복 프로세스 시간을 명확히 하기 위해 NMFS의 정정을 발표했습니다. Amendment 122는 Pacific Cod Trawl Cooperative Program(PCTC 프로그램 또는 프로그램)을established하여 qualifying groundfish License Limitation Program(LLP) 라이센스 홀더 및 qualifying 프로세서에게 Pacific cod 수확 할당량을 할당했습니다.
