HHSは、Office of the Secretary (OS)の組織、機能、および権限の委任の声明を修正するために、この通知を発行しています。この再構築により、Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration (ASA)の組織説明からOffice of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)を削除し、OCIOを独立した組織として、SecretaryおよびDeputy Secretaryに直接報告するようにします。
