CCDFの改正規則 家族のコスト負担を軽減する
CCDFの規則を改正して、州や地方自治体がCCDFプログラムを管理するコストと負担を軽減する。7％の家族所得に制限される家族のコスト負担を解除し、直接サービスを提供するための補助金や契約を提供するなど、規則の改正を実施する。
