Guernsey Power Station LLCのcoal capability self- certificationの申請

Guernsey Power Station LLC (Guernsey)は、1978年Powerplant and Industrial Fuel Use Act（FUA）に基づくDOEへのcoal capability self- certificationを2022年8月25日に提出しました。 FUAの改正とその下の規制により、DOEはFederal Registerにこの申請の公表を義務付けました。
