The Farmers Home Administration (FmHA) announces that it is soliciting competitive applications in a pilot project under its Technical and Supervisory Assistance (TSA) Grants program. This action is taken to comply with Agency regulations found in 7 CFR part 1944, subpart K which require the Agency to announce the opening and closing dates for receipt of preapplications for TSA grants from eligible applicants. The intended effect of this Notice is to provide public and private nonprofit corporations, agencies, institutions, organizations, Indian tribes, and other associations notice of these dates. This TSA grant program will be available to provide funds to eligible applicants to conduct programs of technical and supervisory assistance for low- income rural residents to obtain and/or maintain occupancy of adequate housing.
