Privacy Act of 1974, come Emendata; Sistema di Registri

L'Ufficio del Tesoro, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF), dà notizia di proposta di modifica al sistema di registri intitolato Fiscal Record System--Treasury/ATF .004, che è soggetto alla Privacy Act of 1974, come modificata dalla Computer Matching and Privacy Protection Act of 1988.
