FMCSA requests public comment on the request from International Motors, LLC (International), formally known as Navistar, to renew an exemption from the commercial driver's license (CDL) regulations for one of its commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers. The exemption would allow Mr. Erik Holma, manager of Drivability Control Systems for Scania AB, to test drive various International vehicles on U.S. roads.
