General Services Administration Property Management Regulation (GSPMR): Nondiscrimination in Programs Receiving Federal Financial Assistance

The General Services Administration (GSA) revises its regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI) and moves those regulations from the Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR) to the General Services Administration Property Management Regulations (GSPMR). Title VI prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in programs or activities receiving Federal financial assistance.
