The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Samyoung Fitting Co., Ltd. (Samyoung) made sales of forged steel fittings (FSF) from the Republic of Korea (Korea) at prices below normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR) December 1, 2022, through November 30, 2023.
