In accordance with Executive Order 11625 and 15 U.S.C. 1512, the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) is soliciting competitive applications under its Minority Business Development Center (MBDC) Program. The total cost of performance for the first budget period (12 months) from July 1, 1994 to June 30, 1995, is estimated at $198,971. The application must include a minimum cost-share of 15% of the total project cost through non-Federal contributions, clients fees, in-kind contributions or combinations thereof.
