DOJ Requests OMB Review of Sequestered Juror Information Form

The U.S. Department of Justice, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service, is seeking OMB approval to extend and modify a previously approved information collection, the Sequestered Juror Information Form, as part of its ongoing efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
