Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Revision of Death in Custody Reporting Program-Prisons Survey

The Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Statistics, is seeking OMB approval for a revised survey on death in custody reporting in prisons, following a request for public comments on the proposed collection.
