Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Annual Survey of Jails and Death in Custody Reporting Program

The Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval for a revised information collection, including the Annual Survey of Jails and the Death in Custody Reporting Program-Local Jails, as part of its efforts to collect data on jail populations and inmate deaths in the US.
