Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Sequestered Juror Information Form to Office of Management and Budget

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service, is seeking OMB approval for an extension of a previously approved information collection, the Sequestered Juror Information Form, with changes, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on August 21, 2015.
