The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has finalized the methodology for calculating reimbursement rates for federal medical assistance percentages for Indian tribes, effective for fiscal years 2010 and beyond, in support of the Title IV-E Foster Care, Adoption Assistance, and Kinship Guardianship Assistance Programs.
