FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Health Claims and Nutrient Content Claims

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed collection of information related to health claims and nutrient content claims based on scientific statements from the U.S. Government. The FDA must publish this notice in the Federal Register and allow 60 days for public comment under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
