U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Extends Public Comment Period for Golden Eagles Programmatic Take Permit Application

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is extending the public comment period for a draft environmental assessment evaluating alternatives for a programmatic permit to take golden eagles for the West Butte Wind Power, LLC project in Oregon.
