Fish and Wildlife Service Announces Availability of Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement for Tehachapi Uplands Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan

The Fish and Wildlife Service has released a Supplemental Draft Environmental Impact Statement (SDEIS) for the Tehachapi Uplands Multiple Species Habitat Conservation Plan, which updates the analysis from the 2009 Draft EIS and considers comments from the public, as well as a 2010 analysis on California condor occurrence in the area.
