BOEM to Issue Commercial Renewable Energy Leases on Outer Continental Shelf
The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) plans to use a new model lease form to issue commercial renewable energy leases on the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS), following a public process that included input from interested parties and a review of comments received on a draft form.
